Our players need the skill of communication to lead their teammates to a higher level. Leading by example is the first step to our player's leadership but it's not enough. Every part of being a leader requires Communication. Whether it's giving feedback, holding teammates accountable, mentoring teammates, and more. These all need communication. Communication is a skill we have to work on and improve.
