Lead ‘Em Up Classroom is Here

We are thrilled to share some very exciting news with you…

Lead ‘Em Up is now teacher tested and student approved!

During the past year we’ve been piloting our classroom curriculum with four schools across North America. We’ve received tremendous feedback from school administrators, teachers, and most importantly students.  Focused on grades 4-12, the response from the staff and students is powerful, see below:

Lead ‘Em Up has proven to be a game changer on the athletic field, and now it’s proving to be the same in the classroom. The same memorable, portable, and sticky exercises and teaching concepts have been adapted to work in any classroom.

Students are experiencing great joy through Lead ‘Em Up and look forward to days when they get to have it in class. They are even taking the lessons home, sharing with their family, and implementing them into their family routines.

We’re happy and excited to get this life-changing, culture-changing curriculum into the hands of more school campuses and into the hearts and minds of students across the globe.

It is now ready for YOU… for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.

For year one we will ONLY be making the curriculum available to a limited number of schools in 2021-22, and you don’t want to miss out.

If you are interested in more information regarding Lead ‘Em Up Classroom and would like to be added to our Educational Program email list, please fill out this form.

You can’t challenge someone to be great if you haven’t earned their trust. In this episode, we unpack one of the most overlooked truths in sports leadership: before you can lead me, you need to know me.

Championship teams aren’t just talented, they’re connected. They build relationships deep enough to allow for honest feedback, accountability, and real growth. So why do most teams skip straight to “calling each other out” without laying the foundation? In this episode, we will explore the truth that you can’t challenge someone to be their best until you’ve earned their trust, and that trust only comes through genuine connection. This episode breaks down why peer leadership often fails in sports teams and how coaches and players can build the kind of culture where teammates lead each other effectively.
