Lead ‘Em Up, LLC is excited to announce the addition of Tom Kapp to the Ownership Team within Lead ‘Em Up.

Prior to entering into retirement, Tom Kapp previously served as Executive Vice President in charge of strategic supplier relations for ECI, an industry-leading informational technologies organization.

Tom KappKapp first joined ECi in 1999 after being recruited by the company’s founder to help pilot its future and growth in both the U.S. and Europe. During his tenure with ECi, Kapp served in a number of roles, including serving as Managing Director of ECi’s international group and, most recently, managing ECi’s strategic partnerships with a focus on supply chain efficiencies and e-commerce marketing.
