I work as the leadership coach with teams all throughout the Baltimore/Washington region as well as teams across the country. Over the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to provide the leadership teaching at the Nike Elite 100 Basketball Camps, Spalding’s True Believers NBA program, Glazier’s football coaching clinics, PGC/Glazier Basketball clinics, FCA Lacrosse and the exclusive Committed Combine Lacrosse showcase.
In addition to Lead ‘Em Up, I’m also the Founder & Co-Host of the nationally recognized Hardwood Hustle Basketball podcast. The Hustle has featured interviews with Mark Cuban, Kevin Durant, Jay Bilas, Jay Williams and hundreds of other notable guests. The Hustle is a resource designed to educate, empower and encourage coaches in the basketball community and beyond.
Recently I was invited to join the PLL (Premier Lacrosse League) as a Community Manager (Ambassador) for the league in the Baltimore/Washington area.
I live in New Market, MD with his wife of 10-years and his two daughters; Georgia (4) and Lyla (10-months)
