Same Page

Overview

“Same Page” is a fun and engaging exercise that shows how teams need to work together consistently to align and connect. It reinforces the idea that getting on the Same Page as a team takes time, effort, and a belief that everyone can contribute to success.

"I love exercises that are fun to experience that also pack a powerful message. Same Page illustrates what it looks like and feels like to get a team on the Same Page. And reminds us how good it feels when you finally get it."

Coach’s Reflection

Coach, take a moment to reflect on the lesson and how you can lead by example to your players.

Coach, leadership is not about us but it begins with us. The season is a grind and can take a mental and physical toll. As a coach and a leader, it’s on us to show up every day and keep our team moving in the right direction. Spend some time in thought this week, and think about how you will fight to keep your team moving in the right direction and building Green.
