Mixing Board

Overview

The “Mixing Board” helps players understand how to balance energy (“Bass”) and focus (“Treble”) to perform their best. Too much of either can hurt performance, but the right balance leads to controlled, consistent play. This exercise teaches players how to monitor and adjust their “Mixing Board” to stay at their peak.

"“The Mixing Board helped me re-assess my preparation before practice and games. The illustrative concept presented was different than anything I had heard before.”"
Division One Womens Basketball Player – Guard
