Me We You

Overview

“Me, We, You” helps players develop confidence and recognize the positive in themselves, their teammates, and the team as a whole. This exercise builds optimism, leadership, and the ability to speak in front of a group. It also reinforces the importance of specific, positive feedback

"“I never felt comfortable in the past standing in front of the group but having the Me-We-You be a regular thing for our team, I got to the point where talking in front of the team was no big deal”"
JV Girls Field Hockey player
