Your At-Home Performance Program

Coaches, in this time where the sports world is on pause and many of us are not allowed to see or work with our athletes, our Lead ‘Em Up team is committed to providing you and your athletes the most value we can. Please continue reading this important message from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Lead ‘Em Up regional coach, Tucker Herzberg.

This training series has been created after much feedback from high school coaches about not knowing exactly what to do with their team’s during this stay at home period.

I have seen lots of great individual workouts posted by coaches and trainers during the past several weeks. However, a week-long, structured plan is part of what sets ‘working out’ apart from ‘performance training’.

This program covers the basics of mobility, speed, strength, and conditioning and requires no gym equipment. There is a large emphasis on acceleration/sprint training, which requires no equipment and might be the single most beneficial exercise athletes can perform during this time. Speed ability declines around four times as fast as strength ability when neither is performed, which makes it a great focus now when most athletes have zero equipment.

You can expect a new week of training sessions to be posted each week for as long as schools are shut down!

Please fill out the form below to gain instant access to the workout plan, and you’ll automatically receive each week’s new training sessions.

The New Way of Looking at Development

In this episode of the Lead ‘Em Up podcast, we tackle the concept of “Development Drift”—the natural tendency to slip back into old habits after a burst of inspiration from training. We explore how true growth isn’t measured by perfection but by raising your baseline or “floor” with every new learning experience. Even when drifting occurs, the key is ensuring that you don’t fall as far as before. Tune in to discover how consistent leadership development creates lasting impact, helping you and your team elevate to higher levels over time.
