Keith Schultz
K.R. is a purpose-driven leader, coach, and educator whose passion for mentoring young people has shaped every step of his journey.
K.R. was the previous Head Coach at Catonsville High School, where he’s led the program to multiple Baltimore County and regional championships, including a run to the State Championship game. He has coached collegiately and spent 10 seasons with the MD Roughriders, and twice led the Baltimore Under Armour All-American team.
He has helped over 60 players advance to NCAA lacrosse, with alumni playing at Maryland, Towson, UMBC, York, Washington & Lee, and more. Off the field, K.R. is the Special Education Department Chair at Catonsville High School, championing student growth and academic success.
K.R. lives in Maryland and continues to be driven by the same passion that began with training in the yard with his younger brother.
