Focus Building Exercises

Sports require a laser-sharp focus to be successful. Players need to focus on many things to be successful. They need to focus on the game plan, their development, mastering fundamentals, etc. With so many things to focus on building the skill of focus becomes very important to the success of a player. Focus is a character trait that players can build and strengthen. A focused player can achieve so much more than an unfocussed player.
