Regional Coach

Dave is a regional coach for Lead Em Up. He started with Lead Em Up when he was a football coach in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Adam and Lead Em Up presented Lead ‘Em Up, and Dave was able to see the direct impact of Lead Em Up from a coach’s perspective. In 2024, Dave was brought on as a regional coach.

Dave is a special education teacher at Brunswick High School in Frederick County, Maryland.

Dave also runs a personal training business out of his home for local clients, both youth and adults, as well as online fitness coaching dedicated to fathers looking to improve their overall fitness and quality of life.

Dave resides in Brunswick, Maryland, with his wife and three children.
