At Home Resource for Each Exercise

We all know that repetition is key to instilling new information. With that in mind, we created the “At Home” resource for each exercise. The At Home resource will make it easy for you to keep the lessons top-of-mind for your players.

At Home

There is a Question, a Reflection, and an Action for each exercise. These are great to share with parents and guardians as well, in emails or with your players in communications between practices. We have made it easy to share these by adding a button to copy the text where ever you need it.

Coaches Reflections

We have been ecstatic to hear from many Coaches over the years that the Lead ‘Em Up Exercises have not only helped their players, but that they have personally grown by instilling the lessons within themselves. For that reason, we have added the “Coach’s Reflections” resource to each exercise.

These reflections take the lessons learned in each exercise and make it easy for you to apply them to your life and your coaching helping you be a great example for your players.

If you are already a member be sure to log in today and check out these new additions to your favorite exercises.

And if you’re not a member, what are you waiting for? Join our global community and begin building your athletes into the leaders needed to win today!

We also break down the true separators at the Division I level, earning respect without forcing it, and how leadership changes when pressure increases. This conversation is a masterclass in earned leadership, humility under pressure, and what it takes to thrive in elite environments.

Ep. 154: Leadership That’s Aged Badly

Not all leadership development practices stand the test of time. Some ideas that once sounded effective have aged badly and may actually hold coaches and teams back today.

In this episode, we take a hard look at the leadership concepts that no longer work and the ones that still matter. From believing that one way of thinking fits every situation, to trying to lead alone without collaboration, to calling for help only when things fall apart, we unpack the three biggest mistakes that keep leaders stuck in old habits. Join us as we explore what modern leadership really requires.
