Captains Course
Being a captain is more than a title, but that is all it will be if we do not support our Captains with the tools needed to raise them up to lead.
The Captains Course will help your Captains “earn their position” through our eight-course training design specifically for Captains.
The topics covered in the Captains Courses are:
Humility, Character, Consistency, Relationships, Team Awareness, Encouragers, Communication, and Mentorship
