Is a nationally recognized trainer, educator, and author, as well as CEO of his Personal Development School, University of Unstuck LLC.

Leon has spent the last five years serving teams across the country helping them become “Unstuck” – advancing them to reach their full potential and develop something special.

His work has ranged from partners at the D.C. Superior Court System, Bowie State University, local high schools, and more.

His thousands of followers include celebrity musician Sierra & NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders who have been able to apply the principles revealed in his best seller book the, ” The University of Unstuck- The Guide to Becoming Your Own Greatest Solution” which has scaled the social media charts with over 50,000 hits.

Leon serves as a Regional Coach for Lead ‘Em Up in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region.
