Self-Awareness Building Exercises

Players can’t grow unless they recognize and acknowledge areas that need improving. Being able to see those areas requires self-awareness. Through our self-awareness exercises, we uncover blind spots players are experiencing. And help them start working through those blind spots. “Leadership is not about you but it starts with you”. The leadership building of your players starts with them being more self-aware.
