Same Page

Overview

This exercise will reinforce:

  • The need to keep showing up day after day to get us on the Same Page
  • That getting us on the Same Page most likely won’t happen overnight but will happen if we keep working at it
  • The importance of having the mindset that “I can help get us on the Same Page.”
"I love exercises that are fun to experience that also pack a powerful message. Same Page illustrates what it looks like and feels like to get a team on the Same Page. And reminds us how good it feels when you finally get it."

Coach’s Reflection

Coach, take a moment to reflect on the lesson and how you can lead by example to your players.

Coach, leadership is not about us but it begins with us. The season is a grind and can take a mental and physical toll. As a coach and a leader, it’s on us to show up every day and keep our team moving in the right direction. Spend some time in thought this week, and think about how you will fight to keep your team moving in the right direction and building Green.
