Overview
Building a Green Team requires intentionality, engagement, and the ability to “Be Green” while “Building Green.” The House of Cards exercise reinforces these values by creating a memorable, interactive experience.
- Your players will explore how we show up impacts others and how others treat us, emphasizing the importance of Green leadership and character
- Through a series of rounds using a deck of cards, players will experience the impact of their energy, engagement, and attitude on team dynamics. They will also uncover the pitfalls of cliques, fragmented groups, and a lack of enthusiasm, which can hinder the creation of a cohesive Green Team.
