What is the difference between a Bundle and Membership?

Bundles are access to a small collection (3) of specific-themed exercises. The Membership includes access to our full curriculum filled with dozens of exercises as well as our Captains Course, Green Team kits, virtual training session and so much more.

How long do I have access to the Bundles?

Bundles are a one-time purchase, so once purchased you have access for life

Does the coach teach the exercise or do the players go through it on their own?

The Coach learns the exercises and takes the players through the drills, activities and teaching concepts.
