What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions listed below govern use of the drills, exercises, curriculum resources and materials available therein provided by Lead ‘Em Up which will be referred to as ‘Online Services’ in the remainder of the terms and conditions. Lead ‘Em Up owns exclusive rights to the Online Services provided on it’s website and social media platforms; and any sharing, replicating, representing of these properties outside the scope of Grant of Rights; Restrictions on Use (1) could result in further legal action.
1. GRANT OF RIGHTS; RESTRICTIONS ON USE
1.1 You are granted nonexclusive, nontransferable, rights to access and use the Online Services made available to you. The rights granted to each Authorized User are as follows:
a) the Online Services are to be used exclusively within the 1-year (365 days) of program eligibility upon purchase.
b) the Online Services are to be used exclusively with the team or program for which you originally purchased the program to be used. Use of the Online Services in more than one program is a direct violation of the agreed upon terms and conditions, and could result in further legal action.
c) the right to email, fax, download, or make printouts with the intent to share to any user outside the authorized user on the account is prohibited.
d) the Online Services cannot be re-purposed in any capacity and could result in legal action and is a direct violation of the terms and conditions.
2. ACCESS TO SERVICES
2.1 Only the purchasing agent and the assigned Leadership Coach, (“Eligible Persons”) are eligible to access and use the Online Services. Without limitation, external professional service providers such as attorneys, accountants, outsourcers and public relations firms are specifically excluded from being Eligible Persons.
2.2 Eligible persons must promptly notify Lead ‘Em Up, in writing, if you suspect that a Lead ‘Em Up ID is lost, stolen, compromised, or being misused.
3. MISCELLANEOUS
3.1 All sales are final once payment is received and terms and conditions are agreed upon.
