Today we are joined by Shane Oakes, MTSS Coordinator at White River Valley School District (Vermont). Shane has been a huge part of changing his school culture through rolling out a schoolwide leadership program, using the Lead ‘Em Up curriculum. While many leadership activities usually take place after school during sports or other activities, he shares about the impact implementing a consistent leadership program in the Classroom has had on the school and students.
