Rob has 11 years in education, with large leadership roles at both the middle school and high school level. Rob speaks about the differences he’s seen in teaching leadership from middle school to high school, giving ideas for coaches to use who are also working with both age groups. He also shares about the impact of getting school wide buy in on a leadership program that allow common language to be used and shared by all students and teachers in the building.
