Cool vs Care

Jun 28, 2022

In this leadership breakdown, Adam and Kyle discuss a dilemma kids face with their teammates or friends, which we refer to as Cool vs Care. Kids are more concerned with being “cool” with their teammates, rather than actually “caring” about their teammates. Truly caring for your teammates requires accountability and tough conversations, while being cool with your teammates relies on keeping the status quo to avoid conflict. This is a topic you and your team must work through this season, and we hope this episode helps you get started.
