It All Starts with the Green. The “Green Team” is our foundation within Lead ‘Em Up and will become your biggest differentiator. Once players are introduced to the Green Team framework, you will see a switch turned on like never before.
Players will become obsessed with building their Green Team (which is what you want), improving their Green Team score, holding their teammates accountable to the team’s personalized Green Standards and passionately working to get Verified.
Every Coaches Membership receives a full Green Team launch kit in the mail which will give you all you need to unleash the Green Team.
