Focused on “People Building”

Our trainings are often labeled as “team-building” but we believe we are “people-building.” We believe if you build the people, the people will build the team.

When you develop the people to demonstrate the right character, behavior, and mindset, they will create a culture and work environment that’ll lead your organization closer to winning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this applicable to all industries?

Our program is extremely versatile, and we have organizations in all verticals engaging with the program, ranging from hospitality, HVAC, non-profit, health and fitness, education, corporate, etc.

Do you host training sessions with the whole team or select individuals?

We recommend laying out our culture framework with the full team. We have found it is essential to get everyone on the team speaking the same language and moving forward with great alignment. Once the foundation is established, then we can move on to more small group work.

What professional training offerings do you provide?

We offer four different offerings:

  • Team Training: These dynamic full team trainings allow everyone in the organization to experience the program
  • Small Group Training: This is reserved for select leaders where we go deeper to unpack the leadership training material
  • On-Boarding Training: the moment Lead ‘Em Up becomes part of your organization your team will begin using the language and referencing the teachings in all that they do (which is a great thing), so we offer on-boarding trainings for new team members to bring them up to speed with the culture language and framework
  • One-On-One: This is designed for select leaders to experience a personalized coaching offering to help maximize their leadership output by engaging in a handful of self-awareness and self-management coaching sessions
For the team training, what size group is ideal?

In the last few years we have hosted team trainings for organizations as small as 5-6 team members up to team sessions with 350+ attendees.

What is the structure/format of your team training?

Our number one focus is engaging the audience. If the audience isn’t engaged, the training won’t be received.

Our trainings are high energy with multiple engagement tools utilized throughout, ranging from small group interactions, thoughtful discussions, role-play scenarios, game-play,and deep teachings. We keep the participants on their toes and fully engaged.
