I am passionate and dedicated towards building and improving leadership and mental strength in students and athletes. I am both persistent and patient with the process.
I consistently encourage and support the efforts of individuals to improve themselves. I develop staff, players and students while empowering them with skills to help them adapt to, and deal with, life situations. Those I interact with can count on me to be loyal and giving with my love, time, efforts and resources.
The Lead ‘Em Up team has hosted hundreds of sessions with teams and athletic programs all over the country.
