GTT – Maximize vs Minimize

Today we cover two distinctly different leadership mindsets. Some athletes make a great deal out of their contributions they make to the team, while failing to recognize their teammates. They maximize what they do while minimizing the roles of others. Other athletes are more humble about the contributions they make to the team, while going out of their way to praise teammates for their roles. They maximize their teammates while minimizing themselves. Make it a priority to be this type of leader.
