Setting the Table for Gray Check

We have seen as I’m sure you have as well (or you will see), once players learn the Green Team concept, many players believe they are green, when in reality they are far from it.  They are gray and often red but, in the player’s mind, they are 100% green.

To help players better understand (identify) where they land on the Green Team scale, we want to introduce “Gray Check” – a process to follow to help the player understand if they are green, gray or red.

Healthy self-awareness is critical to future growth; you won’t think you need to be green when you’re convinced you already are.  Even when you’re not.

Gray Check will help players get an accurate read on how healthy they truly are.

""I’ll admit… I thought I was green when I truly wasn’t. At least not yet. Gray Check helped me understand where I was and where I needed to be.""
