Tyler Weigandt
Tyler joined the Lead ‘Em Up team in Fall 2025 after connecting with Adam Bradley through their work at Towson University.
During his time as an undergraduate student at Liberty University, Tyler competed in track and field at a NCAA Division 1 level. It was through this formative experience that his passion for helping the next generation of athletes succeed and become high-level leaders began to grow.
Along with Lead ‘Em Up, Tyler is an active volunteer at his church and works with the youth program on Wednesday evenings.
When he has free time, you can find Tyler writing on his Substack or reading science fiction/fantasy novels.
Tyler lives in South-central Pennsylvania with his wife, Hannah, and daughter, Anduril.
