Micah Meredith
Micah dedicates his life to impacting the lives of those around him. He is a Health and Physical Education Teacher at South Hagerstown High School.
He has been teaching for 8 years. He has also coached basketball in the past at Catoctin High School, Tuscarora High School, and briefly at Frederick High School.
He also spends his summers as a Performance Coach for True Athletic Performance in Williamsport MD.
He joined the Lead Em’ Up staff in the summer of 2026 as a regional coach in the DMV area.
Micah enjoys what he does, but takes pride in building strong, long lasting relationships with students and players. He aims to inspire, impact, and love on others with every chance he gets.
Micah spends most of his time with his wife and daughter. He loves fitness, running half marathons, and modeling healthy behavior for his students.
