That transition became the seed for The Sports Tunnel: Every Athlete Dies Twice, a book that serves as a tool for identity, leadership, and life skills development through sport; built on the idea that every athlete faces a symbolic “first death,” the end of their playing days, long before any literal one, and that the athletes who thrive afterward are the ones who learn to author their own story instead of letting the scoreboard write it for them.

As a Regional Coach with Lead Em Up, Jourdan brings that same lens to the field: sport not as the destination, but as training ground for a bigger game; building the mindset, discipline, and self-authored narrative that create real abundance long after “the sport ends.”
