Chris is a passionate, faith-driven leader, former Cornell wide receiver, parent, and sports business owner who deeply understands the student-athlete journey.
For 20 years, he has served as an elite strength and conditioning coach for teams like the Washington Redskins, Washington Spirit, and Benedictine Schools, as well as private clients across the NFL, NBA, MLB, and Olympic sports. His notable roster includes Jayson Tatum, Katie Ledecky, Ali Krieger, Lorenzo Alexander, and Alex Bregman.
Chris believes meaningful relationships off the field drive championship results. Joining Lead Em Up, he leverages his elite experience to inspire accountability, integrity, and excellence in young athletes, measuring true success by positive community impact.
