Caleb Parnin
Caleb is a high school English teacher and soccer coach with a BA from Trinity International and MAs in Educational Leadership and Literature & Composition.
When not teaching, he’s coaching. Caleb leads North Muskegon Girls Varsity, steering them to their first state title in year one. They’ve since earned 3 regional, 3 district, and 5 conference titles. He also coaches his three kids’ travel teams and directs Lakeshore FC’s DA program. Married to Kari, a fellow educator, for 15 years, they enjoy hikes, good food, concerts, and gardening.
Caleb aims to inspire youth, push limits, and model continuous growth. An avid reader and podcast listener, he loves discussing leadership, sports, and psychology. He credits Lead ’Em Up as a catalyst for their state championship and ongoing success on and off the field.

The Lead ‘Em Up team has hosted hundreds of sessions with teams and athletic programs all over the country.
