Adam Handley is an educator and football coach dedicated to helping teams build cultures centered on accountability, connection, and growth. With years of experience developing high school athletes, Adam has a passion for teaching leadership principles that extend far beyond sports.
As the Offensive Coordinator at Muncie Central High School and a Regional Coach, Adam works with athletic programs to strengthen culture, improve communication, and develop leaders at every level.
Known for his energy and authenticity, Adam believes the most successful teams are built on relationships, trust, and consistent daily habits. His philosophy emphasizes servant leadership, mental toughness, and creating environments where athletes feel valued while being challenged to grow.
Whether speaking to coaches, athletes, or school leaders, Adam brings practical strategies and an engaging approach that inspires others to lead with purpose both on and off the field.
